I like to use RoboGEO for geocoding my pics. Granted, you have to do it offline, but it works like a charm for me.
The ulktimate Nikon GPS solution!
My integrated solution is described and free to copy.

For my photos on my google maps I use DI-GPS unit for D200 see : http://www.camperfan.gr/content/view/32/47/
You might want to check it out. I am very happy with this ready to go and complete solution.
