Clinton made a shocking alarm clock, literally, he writes - "The idea for this project came to me about a year ago, it was right around the time I made the homebrew handheld shocker. Disposable camera as novelty zap toy? No!
*Especially* after that picture with the sparks. :O
It's easy to find a cheap zapping pen or other toy for cheap that you can use the guts of - it'll still be annoying, but with no lengthy hospital visits or manslaughter charges.
