I find this piece moving. Theses kinds of playful manipulations, like plunderphonics, can make it easy for almost anyone to quickly create affective, sometimes disturbing works.
I don't know that I agree with the 1st four words of the write-up. "Glitch art is abstract art"
To me it's just as much Dada.
