Man, I can see the dental bills from that Wagon/Sled now! Neat post, I love those old articles -- the stuff they assumed "everyone" knew how to do was out there. Like melting babbitt metal at home to make bushings - who knows how to do that nowadays?

I love the soapbox derby photo. I raced back in 1972. Boy, I wish I still had the car.
