Ok, so the sugar content will be a little high today as we cover homemade Valentine's Day projects...

My girlfriend loves My Little Pony stuff. She got a Balloon flyer for Christmas but didn't care for it, however she loved the music. So an idea clicked and I made a musical keychain from an Altoids tin. I gave this to her for Valentines Day.

For April Fools day:

Find the pitch resitor on the circuit board (moisten your fingers and touch the resistors until the pitch changes)
unsolder and remove it
substitute a trim pot of about 10x the value of the resistor.
adjust the pot until it sounds as warped as you want it...

Then all you have to do to fix it is adjust the pot until it sounds normal.
