The Order of the Science Scouts of Exemplary Repute and Above Average Physique has merit badges for science-y types, perfect for lab coats... all of them are hilarious. Which ones would you earn?

The "MacGyver" badge. In which the recipient has demonstrated that his/her science communciation prowess was handy in simplifying a potentially challenging scenario. For example, was able to escape from unjustified prison term, with the clever use of a paper clip and WD-40. You know, that kind of thing. (Note that display of badge must be accompanied by explanation).

I'm not a scientist...just a lowly data analyst, but I think I qualify for more than a few of those badges. There should be Explosion Lvl I, II, and III as well.

Level I: Taken part in a planned Explosion
Level II: Taken part in an unplanned Explosion
Level III: Taken part in an explosion that results in someone's nickname being "Stubby"

I was once awarded the Heisenberg Award for Excellence in Field Engineering for repairing a broken potato gun piezo igniter with a pair of pliers, a bottle cap, and a strip of duct tape. While drunk.

Kids, do NOT try this at home. The drunk part, I mean. Potato guns are good fun.
