This is a small rear-view mirror, meant to mount on your bike helmet (or glasses, or baseball hat...) so you can see behind you with just a little turn of the head. It's made from a bottle cap, a bike spoke and nipple, acrylic mirror, and glue.
Blast! I thought I had an original idea to make mirrors out of bottle caps. Well, at least my idea is different enough haha. WHERE ON EARTH do you get those small mirrors? I can find the square ones all over the internet, and some round ones, too, but the sites have minimum order policies and outlandish shipping rates (a bag of 10 tiles that costs $1.25 will end up being a $10 purchase with shipping and fees).
I checked the AC Moore/Michael's websites and found nothing. Might you tell me where to get just a little bag of them? 10 or so?

! The last thing I would want near my face if I crashed would be the sharp edge of a bottle cap!
