HOW TO - Make Mylanta mint chocolate chip ice cream

Just in time for St. Patties day, here are instructions for making a hangover-taming, Mylanta mint chocolate chip ice cream. Adora writes:

Inspired by the Pepto Bismol ice cream, I created my own version for St. Patrick's Day.

After testing the final minted mixture, I figured half a bottle of Mylanta would be safe. I cautiously tested it and....it's good. It's not only good, it's WOW. Better than with just the peppermint extract, even. And this is before adding chocolate or even making it into ice cream yet!
