Mark on The Colbert Report tonight!

Make 395
This is going to be funny, Mark Frauenfelder our editor-in-chief @ MAKE will be on the Colbert report. Rumor has it that Mr. Colbert wants to know why MAKE hates corporate America so much that we'd teach people how to make their own things instead of buying them from the corporations that make our country great.

Comedy Central: Shows - The Colbert Report - Link.

The Colbert Report airs nightly at 11:30 p.m./10:30 Central, then again 3 or 4 times the following day. So Mark should appear on:

Tuesday -- 11:30 p.m.
Wednesday -- 1:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. & 8:30 p.m.

Update: Here's a guest alert - Link.

Think of all the tools bought....

Or not :P

I cant wait to see that.

Its really a simple answer though ;)

We want to USE tools not BECOME them.

MAKE, there is your free t-shirt idea of the day:

"MAKE: Because using tools is much better than becoming one"

Paolo:
You can see it on the comedy network if you get that channel. See: http://www.thecomedynetwork.ca/servlet/an/comedy/2/20051031/TCN_Shows_Colbert

Colbert is on CTV at 12:35 (or earlier if you get multiple timezones). Or just download it..

I think they pulled most if not all of the full eps from youtube, they host it themselves on another site which I cant remember at the moment.

@Paolo*: Comedy Network is Cable 46 here in Ottawa. I don't know about where you live.

Youtube has pulled Colbert Report videos though :x

Would it be "fair use" for someone to YouTube only the interview with Mark?

Posted by: Jordan_Conway on March 6, 2007 at 9:06 PM

Just watched it, and a beam mousebot kamikazi'd off the table and popped open.
Two thumbs up for Mark Fieldsofwomen, too bad the interview was cut short.

Tallpat,

I agree.

You would think that because of Boingboing's support of Fair Use, they would provide a link to watch the video
besides on the comedy central site (although you have to give CC credit for allowing you to view past interviews on their site - although they could take it down at any time).
