Pretty poor soldering job on their part, several of their joints appear to be disturbed and solder is touching the cases in many instances. Both of these are considered defects. Unable to see clearly from the pictures but i have a hunch under a scope you would see several examples of poor wetting and cold solder joints too. Its nothing i would let roll off my production line or out of my basement for that matter.
