    The Palm Pilot Notebook strikes me as a really cool gadget, and I’m very tempted to start building, but before I slaughter an otherwise intact PDA, I’ve got to ask, what are its uses? What are its builders doing with it?

    I agree. The presentation quality of the project is excellent, but I’m not sure what function it fulfills better than some of the alternatives. It is definitely not a competitor to the Folio in anything other than approximate dimensions and form factor.

    It sort of reminds me of one of those children’s laptops…
