what a shame that they threw away the rest of the parts. With a little more fiddling they might have had a riding lawn mower.

Going to the link, it is now clear that it is an electric mower- the garbage bag dust shield hid that from me at first. Guess thats why its not a rider...
10 extra darwin points for not only no shield, but high voltage cord going to it. Oh yes...its probably GFI protected. Hah!
Neat insight as to why this was necessary on the link. A look into another culture.
