To me the green one looks like something else.

Definitely, the green costume is not really LED like (its ends are curling up, and the ballet pants look mischievous. Plus the green apple color).
But it's a pretty economical costume. Not sure it's conversational though. :)

Wearing one black sock+shoe on one foot might give a fair approximation of having one leg shorter than the other. Now what about dressing up as a transistor :)
