The digital edition doesn't seem to be working right now. I'm a current subscriber, and have accessed other issues in the past, but I keep getting "You are recognized by our system as a subscriber to this magazine, but you do not have access to this issue." if I try to go past page 3. And then, if I click on the "If you have technical questions about your digital issue, please send mail to Digital Support" link, I get "The requested document does not exist."

Same sort of thing is happening for Vols 10 & 11, both of which I have accessed in the past.

pepik - This happened to me with volume 11. I sent a message from the digital support link, and they sent me a link and I can now see everything but volume 12. To get to the Digital Support page, just delete one of the "template/" thats in the URL. (http://www.make-digital.com/make/vol12/templates/digital_support). Hopes this helps.

Thanks kylecroft, I've done just that. Odd that you can't see volume 12, either.

And they just sent me the new link, which seems to have fixed my problems. thanks!
