I do believe it would be "horosc~1.exe" the way DOS handles Windows long filename format...
My pillow would simply say "operating system not found" or "Bad or missing command interpreter. [A]bort [R]etry [F]ail"

Careful... I wanted to order one of these before I found out that shipping to Texas would be $54, making the whole cost something like $85.
