Now if you could just embed that in the bottom of a cup with the wires run thru the table in a coffee shop or at a breakfast place , set it the frequency so that it would Growl , everything someone tried to pick it up .

Just waiting for that vid!!!!!

Any one know what the pd canvas i need to use to try this is ?
A link to a pd or a description of which one of the samples it needs would be perfect. Thanks

Excellent! The Infinite Improbability Drive is only a matter of time now!

A growling mug... perhaps! I'll look for another object to capacitance-ify that will be equally entertaining.

For an idea of what the pd patch would like like... I just posted a screen shot of the max patch: http://flickr.com/photos/kylemcdonald/2126494098/

You'd use osc~ instead of cycle~ of course, and could reduce the mess between average~ 1024 and sqrt~ into a -~ and *~ that you set manually.

hmm got most of the stuff into pd but there doesn't appear to be an average function.
