Dutch broadcast organization VPRO used a similar idea on the cover of the Christmas 2007 edition of their TV guide. The cover was blank, but after keeping the magazine in the fridge for a couple of minutes, it showed a 'romantic Christmas scene'. The edition was about 245.000 copies. According to a pressrelease, this was the largest amount ever with the use of this technique.
