or you could get rid of your cat.

But you could get rid the smell easily. Hack or build an automatic changer (aka rake!) to dump the clumping litter. Also, use a weight/timer activated fan ducted through a filter canister.

Just last week I finished a cat's den under our staircase which was drywalled earlier. I cut through the wall and lo and behold found enough space for our three cats to rest, toilet and eat. built a door a good one out of leftover lumber. bought a flappy door for 20 and two 50 cfm fans for 20 ea at Home Depot. exhauseted out to the garage and now we dont smell a thing.
