On a swing bike both back and front wheels rotate out of the plane of the frame making for a unique cycling experience.

That's very cool!
I actually won a "swing bike" back in the early 70's when I was a boy. It was a prize from a television show called Hotel Balderdash.

I thought they were forgotten in time until I saw this post.
