Mouseboy turns a Gameboy into your pointer

The “Mouseboy” by Aaron Myradon, is a fully functional optical Nintendo Gameboy mouse. The “A” and “B” buttons on the device function as right and left clicks. Pretty nice hack although we wonder if this gives you worse RSI than a standard mouse.
