DIY - Create your own Bokeh

I am not sure if this is vignetting or bokeh, either way it is a really cool photographic technique. The website has a really nice example of the effect. Learn more about, or just join the debate about, creating your own Bokeh.

Looks like this on photos

I already tried this and it sorta looks like this when you use it:

It's bokeh...

That creates hearth shaped bokeh (and allso some vignetting), to lightsouses that are unfocused.
