Chair controller will trick you into thinking you are actually driving

This modded Xbox driving controller uses duct -ape and elbow grease to integrate a chair into it's design. Although it's hard to know if you play this game seated with your feet controlling the steering wheel or uncomfortably perched on the back support for better alignment.

Maybe I am just really tired, but I don't get it. At all. Is this a joke?

All I see is the Xbox 360 Racing Wheel attached to a chair in a manner that would make it unusable.
