Apparently just by holding the ‘Das Patent’ in different positions you can form the entire alphabet. Looks like an interesting project to integrate with some motion control system to create a new type of display. I have only one question. Where is the “X”?

I look at that and the first thing that pops into my head is “Oh dear, I’ve bent me lightsabre!”
I think the reason there is no ‘X’ is that in the German language, ‘X’ is incredibly rarely used, I think that less than 7 words use it.
Good to know…..it should still have an “x” since it is a letter in the alphabet, even if it is rarely used. By the “artistic liberty” that some of these letters use, I am sure they could come up with the letter “x” somehow.
