This wind-driven sculpture is by Jeffery Laudenslager - I love the shapes it makes and how it plays with perspective. The sound of the ocean is really peaceful, too.

are the arms actually moving around, or is it trick of perspective, like the dinosaur with the moving head trick?

@ justDIY, it looks to me like there are several pivoting parts. There are some nice close-ups around 1:30.
