nice... looks really solid and easy to use. The only thing is, it seems like it might need some bigger wheels to ride smoothly.

I would be concerned about the bearings (or lack of) in little wheels like that. Turn them fast, for long periods of time, and they get hot. Then the axle will melt through the plastic hub and won't work very well anymore.
A metal wheel with a pneumatic tire and ball bearings would be a better choice.
