A smoker made out of a microwave oven case. I grabbed the abandoned microwave off a street corner for harvesting components, but that two chamber layout and heavy construction got me a'thinking-- looks like the diagram of Alton Brown's cardboard box smoker.
There likely one more weekend left to squeeze in some meat smoking before it gets too cold.
I know smoked meat is very tasty, but is there a safer way of getting the flavour without the increased cancer risk? Red meat is bad enough as it is, particularly for your bowel.
