At the start of the movie I couldn't help thinking that it must be hard to paint with just water, as you can't easily see what you're drawing. But then, with the ink, it really springs to life! Very cool effect!
I wonder how the 'speckly' inside of the line-drawing is made, the video doesn't show this.
Again, great method with dramatic effects.
