Just set up the rule in Outlook to look for "shutdown" in the BODY of the message. (or whatever string you decided appropriate.) Then, send the text directly to the gmail address. You can write and launch whatever bat files you wish.
The Kwiry account is completely uneeded. I set this account up and cannot find a way to cancel it other than a manual email to the support address. I suspect this service is farming data about your interests and sharing it with the 'partners' involved. I can't help but feel duped by this post since I realized the Kwiry account is not required. Screw me once, shame on you. screw me twice....
