My favourite "recipe" is "one part Dave's Ultimate Insanity Sauce".
That is a good saunce to mix in to other sauce to spice them up. The kit sounds cute but from the list of what it comes with, I don't think it can make a very hot sauce.

My favorite is this Mayan sauce made with habaneros:
1 small, peeled, seeded plum tomato
1/4 small red onion
handful cilantro
1--6 habaneros (to taste)
1/4 c. Bitter orange juice (e.g. Naranja agria
salt to taste
Finely dice all ingredients, mix.
If you can't find the bitter orange juice, you can substitute a 2 parts lime to 1 part regular orange juice.
It's called xnipec which is said mean "dog's nose" because of it's physiological effects.
