“Monsieur Houdin, n’oebliez pas votre oiseau!” is a mechatronic sculpture of a bird with an eagle skull perched on an oversize leather glove. Pretty interesting idea for a bot and pretty creepy as well, too bad it’s past Halloween.

That’s a long glove for falconry
…it reminds me somewhat of the antagonists from the Dark Crystal.
The title of the exhibition has a slight spelling mistake – it’s oubliez, not oebliez – it translates to ‘Mister Houdini didn’t forget your bird!’
Although, what the artist means by that, I’ll never fathom. Huzzah surrealist!

I realised I’d misinterpreted basic French…serves me right for picking on it, I suppose.
