The "Unique Monster" is a strange car mod that puts monster truck tires onto the Smart car, which is known as one of the smallest, most fuel efficient cars around. We like how this maker decided to turn this unassuming car into a road warrior and hope they don't have any evil motives for this beast. Watch the video and you will understand its potential.

Fuel efficiency explained
I wondered how fuel-efficient this could be, UNTIL I noticed the wind-up keys spinning in the rear wheel-wells of the original car. Quite a long run; how long did they have to wind before the start of this video?
Not sure how much Smart car is in it though apart from the body shell. A bit of Googling and you find the important bits (engine/drive/suspension) are all from a Unimog. Be interesting to know how they hooked up the controls but in these days of drive by wire and non mechanical control systems it might not be too tricky. Could probably do the same thing with any small car - Mini, Fiat 500, VW, etc. Still neat though. Looks like it is nicely made!
I don't get it unless the point is just being the cutest monster vehicle. As far as driving around it could have done all that when it was just a regular Smart...
