My friend and hero Mark Allen will be teaching an Introduction to Soldering / Build Your Own Synth Workshop on December 20th from 3pm - 5pm at Machine Project (the awesomest place in LA). $50 covers the class and materials ($40 for Machine Project members), and you'll end up with your own working primitive synthesizer at the end. Mark is an excellent teacher, so you're sure to learn a lot, too.
