André simulates what might it might be like if the elements of a video test pattern suddenly broke rank and became free of their eternally monotonous task. It's worth mentioning that the video was created entirely in FinalCut and the music was recorded by Penguin Cafe Orchestra.

If I had my TV on showing a test pattern and it suddenly came to life like that I would have been happy for a year. But it would probably have to be totally random. :)

I so want to use that for bars and tone on all my projects in the future. I wonder what a station would do if that was on the tape?
