Richard Hudson, Executive Producer of Make: Television at Twin Cities Public Television, sent me this photo of the show's host John Park gathering a crowd at today's Make: Day festival in St. Paul, MN. TPT and the Museum of Science in Minnesota organized the day at the museum in St. Paul. One of the makers featured is the circuit-bending artist Tim Kaiser, who also appears in one of the profiles in Make: Television.

I am sure Make is well represented with John and Tim....

Thanks Make People! The family and I had a great time at MAKE: day. I'm very curious how many visitors to the museum were there today for the MAKE exhibits. Sounded like quite a few.
Great smoke rings, and great to learn about some of the local efforts supporting makers.
Better than a high school hockey tournament!

Cool- I'm in that picture!
I had great fun at the event, and was very happy to see such a turn out. I also saw tons of little kids having fun, which was great to see. Inspiring the next generation of makers!
More MAKE events in Minnesota!

It was an incredible, fun event. And I'd like to point out that the adorable kid in that photo is the one whose mom emailed a while back to tell me that I'm his hero! He was awesome; we got a chance to talk about robots, and he brought pictures of his personal maker workshop to show me!! Totally made my day. I don't know what Making will look like in the future, but I'm pretty sure this little guy will be part of it.
