Public Radio International/WNYC Radio's The Takeaway has just produced a video offering a glimpse inside of NYC Resistor. Watch as they hack a sack o' busted iPods and print out giant red grasshopper butterfly hybrids (no, really).

There should be more Resistors!

For those outside of NYC, check out where there is a TechShop opening up soon. The Durham, NC location opened last month, Portland will open 4/25/09... I love the idea of community workspaces making R&D and tinkering accessible and affordable. http://durhamtechshop.com / http://portlandtechshop.com
