This is ridiculously dangerous for so many reasons.
They probably could have better used their time developing a way to hold the ^&*%!@ camera steady.

Looks like walking would be a faster option, safer too!.
It's a crazy idea but if they could make it go 50mph+ it would be a little more exciting to watch.
