Just a little something I whipped up to solve the age-old problem of separate hot and cold water taps in a rented apartment where you can't start replacing the plumbing. Cheap and works well.

I can't say I have ever thought of this as a problem...

Then again you have never had a sink with separate water faucets for hot and cold, not common at all but with such a set up you have your choice of really hot water or really cold water no where in between. Me I would have replaced the plumbing or made the land lord replace it as I do believe there should be building codes on having an adjustable faucet. Quick hack none the less.

Nice

I have the same problem in my bathroom. Don't really think my landlord would go through all the trouble to replace it. So never asked either. So this is a nice and quick fix!
