Guillermo Iao sent us a link to this project where he recycled a hard drive case into a bottom and a top for an Arduino-based DAC (digital analog converter) used as a preamp.

    DAC = Digital to Analog Converter. I’m pretty sure the device in question is used to control an external DAC. That is one crescent fresh case, tho
