On Kevin's site comments, at least one reader smells a Photoshop job. I at least like that it looks sorta doable.
scooters are cheap, plentiful, and jerry-rigged to do anything in korea. street vendors have to move their carts from storage out to the best locations every morning to capture the most customers, so this is one way to do it... why he doesn't just drive the scooter directly while towing the cart behind, i don't know. the generator on the cart is separate from the scooter and powers lights and the heat range of the cart during business.

I see no way to stop this disaster-in-progress. Either he is talking on the phone or smoking.
