Is this related to the company Faller? They make some of the most awesomest scale model buildings. My favorite are the carnival series. One in particular uses real water to move log rides around. Another has a moving roller coaster around a track.

I was there about 4 years ago. It was mind-blowing then and it is probably more mindblowing now. If you are ever in Hamburg this is a must-see venue. You can get tickets from the tourist office in the main railway station. It is best to go right at the opening, because it gets more and more crowded as the day progresses. There are also behind the scene tours available as well.
woohoo! I was there last week, and it’s awesome. They have a really great day/night cycle, and the wunderland is growing yearly. It now occupies a good three floors. It’s a must see!
The Japanese build stuff like this all the time. The only difference is with the Japanese version, when you are done Godzilla comes stomping through.
Fascinating video! Miniatur wunderland hamburg is a largest model railway in the world, is popular for housing a range of miniature wonders. Recently it has made an amazing model airport, there are 40 planes are showcased. Its really worth’s a visit.
