World's smallest pistol - Austria 2mm pinfire miniature guns
There are many like it but this one is mine...
Originally made by Austrian watchmakers as decorative pocket watch chain fobs or as cufflinks, these miniature pinfire pistols are now prized collector's items. These are some from my own collection dating from 1904 to the 1970's. All of them fire 2mm blank pinfire cartridges. The revolvers are the world's smallest working double action blank firing pistols. They measure just 38mm in length and are smaller than the famous Swiss Mini Gun which measures 55mm.

I love these things. The attention to detail to get a working unit that small is just amazing.
I remember first seeing them years ago when the police and school district were trying to scare local parents into buying into enough paranoia to stop opposing the new strip searches, plans add metal detectors, closing of the campus, etc.
One of the main 'justifications' for the plan was showing one of these to the PTA soccer moms and saying that they were available on the street, kids could smuggle them anywhere, and that - get this - they had the power of a .357 magnum.
Guess what, it actually worked on like half of them. Most of the other half just needed excuse to push their agenda even if though they knew it was B.S.

Guess this guy has never heard of trigger discipline.
Not to mention he thought we were stupid enough to believe he shot off 6 rounds (I bet the ammo is expensive enough to justify it though).
:p
