RSSMaker Sidekickx91 disassembled an Eee PC 4G 701 netbook, added a 7" USB touchscreen, some extra RAM, and mounted it in a custom-built cabinet enclosure to create this very functional and attractive case mod.

Very nice design but:
I would had a stylus to avoid grease all over the screen while cooking or, just to add more precision while "typing".

Does anyone know what the music track is in English? I know the tune and am associating it with a kids tv show but can't quite pick it out.

I think that a lock controlled by the eeePc would be a pretty cool addition, and wouldn't be too difficult to create.
