I'm not sure how much safer the Instructor's shoes are compared to the purple monster's shoes.
They both leave a lot of the foot exposed. At least the monster has that thick fur.

This didn't seem to hit the nub of any of the lab safety issues. Rusty tools? No food and drink in case of fire? Too much pretty and not enough reasoning, in my opinion.
