Ham radio appears to be more of an addiction than a hobby to the seller of this $500 Dodge. Every surface is covered with $25K in communications equipment for every conceivable band (FM/UHF/HF/VHF/SPACEMAN)

A great joke
I think it's pretty obvious that this was done as a joke. You couldn't transmit effectively with that many antennas that close together, and there are far more radios than antennas. All of the antennas appear to be UHF/VHF antennas, but there are at least a couple of HF radios. I'd suspect a pile of dead radios, a couple of six packs, and some hams sitting around saying "You know, we could install all of those in one car and..."

I didn't see a megaphone on the hood...All those PA outs and no way to anounce to a small community that a mobile signal disrupter is on its way!?
