This 80+ page project doc, from a German maker, obsessively details every aspect of the construction of a scale model jet airplane, with working jet engines. The text is in German, but the images speak for themselves.

And the link was in english, at least enough for this cracker :)

Risking overuse of the word, the video is AWESOME also. What an amazing model. Most of the video could be of a full size aircraft for all I know- it is that good.
