Sometimes I think I should have been born in the “olden days.” I totally swoon over handcrafted furniture, especially vintage sewing benches with little pegs for spools of thread. This gem was outside at Mr. Ryder’s Antiques, a super sweet shop in Graton, California. The best part about this stool was that the drawer had a secret latch that locks in the back- to keep children away from the pins and needles and scissors of course!
