When I was a kid, some of my fondest memories at home were of my mom baking fresh bread. She made all kinds of bread, and it was always a fight between my sister and me to see who would get to punch it down after it had risen. I’ve often wished I could make bread like my mom did, and figured I just needed some simple supplies and support to get started.
