Hi, I am really looking forward to making one of these but the PDF file is damaged and won’t open properly (in Adobe at least). Just wanted to let you know.

  2. Emily says:

This is so cute, but the PDF file says it’s damaged and cannot be repaired. Please check the file!

  3. Becky Stern says:

Hi Emily, the file downloads fine for me, could you try some of the things listed in our guide to downloading our PDFs? http://blog.craftzine.com/archive/2009/09/ask_craft_downloading_our_pdfs.html
If you still have trouble after following those steps, please email me at becky@craftzine.com and I’ll send over the file. Cheers!

  4. Emily says:

Thanks, Becky, “save as” worked. I’ve never had that problem with files before, but I’m glad it came through this time! Great tute – I will do this weekend!

  5. Kay says:

Apparently the pdf is still broken. My browser (Firefox 3.5.7) says “stopped” and freezes my computer (Windows 7 by the way) I have never had a problem with pdfs before, and I have downloaded/saved many, many pdfs.

I was able to open this pdf, no problems on a MAC.

Found this thru TipNut.com. This is really cute. I’m a new knitter and in need of a container for those 14″ needles. Thank you for this free pattern. Would love to see more ingenious ideas.
