The recently launched Creativebug web site is a new way for crafters to take online craft classes without ever having to leave home. I’ve enjoyed looking through their workshop offerings, and have been impressed with the roster of instructors they’ve brought on board, including Debbie Stoller, Heather Ross and Rad Megan. Creativebug works on a subscription basis, offering unlimited workshops for one monthly fee (new classes are added each week). You can catch their growing roster of classes and watch previews of each course. I also like that a portion of their monthly subscriptions goes to support non profit art organizations.
