My grandma made similar slippers as gifts when I was little. I don’t know if there are any of those she made left, but I always loved those, and have been planning to make some for years – just never was sure of the sizing.
She made also a version with an additional square on each side of the ankle – those were even more awesome. But yay – finally a sizing info for those slippers, so I’ll be definitely making some.
